After a very successful return to the rally calendar in 2024, we welcome you all to browse the Mid Cheshire charity scooter rally (MCCSR) & beer festival website 2025, you can find everything you need to know about the rally by clicking on the icons at the top of the page. The rally ‘gallery’ has been updated with some of the pictures from 2024, take a look, it’s smiles all round!

We hope you enjoyed our new venue, if your response on social media is anything to go by, you certainly did! The 2025 MCCSR will take place on the 1st & 2nd August opening at 12 noon on Friday 1st and closing at 1 a.m. on Sunday the 3rd. Just to remind you of our new home, The U Lock It Stadium, Chapel St, Wincham, Northwich, Cheshire. CW9 6DA. The home of the Witton Albion football club.

There will be TWO cashless bars, open from midday to midnight on the Friday and midday to 1.00 a.m. on Saturday/Sunday. The weekend will feature three live bands, 5 DJ’s, a soul room, competitions, stalls (Saturday only) food outlets, merchandise and a fantastic atmosphere!
Plastic glasses
To comply with health and safety regulations, the venue is obliged to use disposable plastic pint glasses. However, in an attempt to minimise waste, we will be offering souvenir reusable plastic glasses. They are printed in full colour and features the MCCSR and our sponsors logos. Use them over the weekend and then take them home to use again at other rallies! They are light and almost indestructible. Great for using in your garden too, glass is dangerous, especially when there are children around. You can purchase these super looking souvenir glasses at the merchandise table, and, because they are sponsored, every penny goes to charity. The cost? just £2 each or 3 for a fiver.

Weekend ticket Prices
a. Advance weekend ticket £20 per person (including camping for tents)
13 years and under free of charge.
N.B. Although there is no charge for 13 year olds and under, please include the young people accompanying you on the ticket website as we need a full head count for the fire regulations purposes
b. Advance weekend parking for a Car & Caravan £40 Motorhomes or Campervan £40
N.B. Caravan. Motorhome or Campervan parking is hardstanding with no hook ups.
c. Weekend car parking only £10

Access to the camping field & the caravan/motor home site will be from 10.00 a.m. on Friday 2nd August
Security officers will be patrolling the camping field, car park & caravan/motor home site night & day.

One night only tickets are also available on the door from 7.00 p.m. on both Friday & Saturday nights for £10 per night. Why not just buy a weekend ticket for a fiver more and enjoy the Friday & Saturday afternoon entertainment too?
